Requirements
*GCSE Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
*Prior experience working within a school or team environment.
*Right to work in the UK and clear Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities*Supervise Learning: Deliver pre-set cover work in accordance with academy policy and the supportive learning framework.
*Manage Behaviour: Establish and maintain a positive, purposeful classroom environment.
*Academic Support: Respond to student questions and assist them in completing set activities.
*Promote Inclusion: Ensure all pupils feel accepted and included within the classroom setting.
*Feedback Delivery: Provide pupils with constructive feedback regarding their progress and achievements.
*Incident Management: Handle any classroom problems or emergencies according to strict school protocols.
*Resource Coordination: Collect all completed work and ensure it is returned to the appropriate department.
*Reporting: Provide accurate reports to teachers regarding pupil achievement and classroom dynamics.
