The RoleYou will take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, delivering high-quality accounting, audit and advisory services while acting as a key point of contact for clients. Alongside portfolio management, you will play an active role in:*Supporting workflow planning and resource allocation within the team
*Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior staff
*Reviewing accounts, tax computations, and financial statements
*Ensuring compliance with UK GAAP and internal processes
*Building strong, long-term client relationships
*Identifying opportunities to expand services within existing clients
About You*ACA or ACCA qualified (preferable)
*Minimum 5 years’ experience in an accountancy environment
*Confident managing your own client portfolio
*Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation and accounting standards
*Excellent communicator with strong client relationship skills
*Experience with Caseware (desirable)
*Proactive, self-motivated and commercially aware
Package*£45,000 – £52,000 per annum
*ASAP start available
*Hybrid working available
