Our client looking for an accomplished and commercially driven Sales Manager who has the energy to not only maintain their position as market leader, but further strengthen it.You must thrive on competition, work well under pressure and be keen to grasp the opportunity at hand.
As the sales manager in Tower Bridge, you will act as a brand ambassador, providing inspirational leadership while maintaining a strong personal contribution to business development and client relationships. If this sounds like a role you would thrive in, please get in touch!
Personal specification:
*At least 4 years’ managerial experience within residential sales
*Natural and inspirational leadership skills
*Strong track record of building high-performing teams
*Strong track record of increasing market share within a competitive marketplace
*Take pride in your work.
The salary on offer for this sales management role will include a basic of up to £35,000, plus on target earnings in the region of an attractive £100,000! Guaranteed earnings for the first 6 months of employment. A generous car allowance will be provided.
Our client also offers a benefits package including bonus scheme, ongoing training and development to help you improve your qualifications, generous holiday allowance, health cash plan, contribution towards eye care tests, charity matching, social events, and much more!
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays from 10am to 4pm.
