Fully Remote | Evening Shift | 5pm - 1am | £32k
We are recruiting for an experienced Legal Document Production Specialist to join a busy and professional document services team on a fully remote basis.
This role requires previous document production experience gained within a legal environment and strong advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word formatting and amendments.
Key Responsibilities*Heavy legal document formatting and amendments
*PDF conversion and editing
*Creating and editing PowerPoint and Excel documents
*Mail merges and pitch documentation
*Using systems including DocuSign and Laserform
*Supporting legal teams with high-quality document production
Requirements*Previous legal document production experience
*Advanced MS Office skills
*Minimum typing speed of 65wpm
*Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
*Organised, proactive and able to work independently
HoursMonday - Friday, 5pm - 1am
