Full job descriptionI am partnered with an ambitious London Market MGA in their search for a Senior Accountant. This is a brilliant, well-rounded role covering all aspects of month-end, process and controls improvement, as well as budgeting and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
*Support core finance and insurance accounting activities across reconciliations, settlements and ledger management
*Assist with month-end close, reporting, balance sheet reviews and variance analysis
*Maintain accurate financial records, controls and supporting documentation
*Support cash management, payables/receivables and stakeholder queries
*Contribute to audit requests and ongoing financial compliance requirements
*Assist with finance process improvements, systems enhancements and workflow efficiencies
*Help strengthen reporting quality, operational controls and scalable finance procedures
*Provide hands-on support across finance projects and wider business growth initiatives
About You
*Part-qualified, qualified accountant or QBE
*Experienced working within an MGA or Broker
*Knowledge of UK and US GAAP
*System implementation experience advantageous
