Where: Greater Manchester
When: Monday – Friday / 08:00 – 16:00 (flexibility is required to meet business needs)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum + benefits
Our client, a leading Medical Director, is searching for a motivated and ambitious Office Manager and Private PA to join his team!
This exciting opportunity offers a diverse range of duties, including ensuring the smooth running of a medical facility along with attend to Private PA duties for a busy household.
What you’ll do:
Office management –
*Ensure the smooth running of five sites, maintaining employee satisfaction
*Keep on top of CRM management
*Support the Medical Director and team with researching new business opportunities
*Attend weekly in-person meetings with the Director, taking detailed minutes and notes
*Light HR duties, helping with interview processes and assisting with new starters
*Manage the social media platforms, bringing in fresh ideas and growing social media presence
*Support with legal documents
Private PA duties –
*Full diary management, professional and personal
*Travel arrangements
*Ad-hoc driving needs, running occasional errands and driving to practice sites across Manchester
*Keeping on top of personal life admin tasks
*Managing household matters when needed
What you need:
*A clean driving license and your own vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed)
*Ideally 2+ years experience in an Office Management and/or PA role
*Looking to expand your skills and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
*Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn quickly
*Degree educated (desirable)
*An ambitious individual who wants to grow within a business
*Impeccable communication skills, with fluent written and spoken English
*Strong attention to detail
