Full job descriptionAJ Chambers are delighted to be working with an Award-Winning, Boutique Professional services law firm based near London Bridge, currently seeking a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor with 5-10 years PQE and a strong BD Focus to join their team.
This firm provides specialist advisory accountancy, tax, and legal support for fast growth entrepreneurial SME’s.
Key Responsibilities will include but are not exclusively to:
*SaaS & Licensing Agreements
*Master Service Agreements
*Data Protection & Privacy Policies
*Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
*Shareholders Agreements
*Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS) / Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS)
