Full job descriptionPassionate Nursery Nurses Wanted Across HuddersfieldAre you a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse looking for flexible work within supportive early years settings? is currently recruiting Nursery Nurses to support a variety of nurseries and early years provisions across Huddersfield on a temporary supply basis.
We are looking for practitioners available for day-to-day cover, short-term bookings, and potential longer-term opportunities. This is a fantastic chance to gain experience in different settings while enjoying the flexibility to fit work around your lifestyle.
About the Role*Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years
*Support children’s development in line with the EYFS framework
*Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
*Assist with daily routines including feeding, changing, and nap times
*Encourage social, emotional, and language development through play and activities
*Work closely with nursery staff to support children’s individual needs
*Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies at all times
Requirements*Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent)
*Previous experience working within nursery or early years settings
*Good understanding of the EYFS framework
*A positive, patient, and nurturing approach
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
