We’re recruiting for an experienced Reception Manager to join a well-established hospitality business in Windsor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and developing a high-performing team within a quality hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:
As part of the senior Front Office team, you will:
*Lead and maintain exceptional Front Office standards and guest satisfaction
*Ensure all SOPs are regularly reviewed, updated, and fully implemented
*Train, coach, and develop the Reception team while maintaining accurate training records
*Maximise departmental profitability through upselling and effective cost control
*Manage payroll and departmental expenses in line with business levels
*Carry out inductions, appraisals, and performance reviews with clear objectives
*Build strong communication across departments including Housekeeping, Revenue, and Maintenance
*Undertake Duty Management shifts as required
What we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate will have:
*Previous experience within a 4/5-star hotel background
*Strong operational knowledge across Front Office, Reservations, and Night Audit
*Experience using Opera
*Proven leadership and team development skills
*Excellent presentation and communication skills
*Strong written English and confident Microsoft Office abilities
*A motivated and professional approach with the ability to inspire others
*Experience working within a busy Reception operation
