About the RoleWe’re looking for a talented Web Developer with strong Umbraco CMS experience to join a growing Development & Delivery team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing a range of client-facing websites and self-service platforms built primarily within Umbraco. You’ll work closely with product owners, designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver modern, accessible, and high-performing digital experiences.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across both CMS development and front-end web technologies in a collaborative environment where continuous improvement and new ideas are encouraged.
Key Responsibilities*Develop, maintain, and enhance websites built on Umbraco CMS
*Support ongoing improvements to CMS functionality, performance, and usability
*Build responsive and accessible web solutions
*Implement new features and enhance existing functionality
*Troubleshoot and resolve website and CMS-related issues
*Collaborate with product owners, digital teams, and external design agencies
*Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions
*Support CMS upgrades and platform maintenance
*Contribute to testing processes, including unit and automated testing
*Follow release and deployment processes, including release documentation
*Monitor development progress and support issue resolution in production
*Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices across web and CMS development
Skills & Experience*Strong experience working with Umbraco CMS
*Experience with C# and .NET technologies
*Understanding of ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, and CMS-based applications
*Front-end development experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
*Experience delivering responsive and accessible websites
*Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
*Good understanding of modern web development best practices
*Experience working collaboratively with designers and digital teams
*Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA/Confluence
*Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
*Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Desirable:
*Experience working within large or enterprise-scale environments
*Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
