Salary: £28-33,000 DOE

An award-winning multidisciplinary architecture and urban design practice based in Sheffield is seeking an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join its growing team. The studio delivers a diverse range of projects across the residential, mixed-use, commercial and regeneration sectors, with a strong emphasis on design quality, sustainability and contextual architecture. Working within a collaborative and design-led environment, the successful candidate will contribute to projects from concept design through to technical delivery using BIM and Revit-based workflows.

Daily Duties
*Assisting with the design and delivery of projects across multiple sectors
*Producing planning, tender and construction drawing packages
*Developing Revit models and BIM documentation
*Preparing presentation materials, visuals, and design reports
*Coordinating information with consultants and wider project teams
*Attending client, consultant, and site meetings
*Supporting project architects with technical detailing and project delivery
*Working across projects at varying scales and stages
Ideal Candidate
*RIBA Part 2 qualified with several years of UK-based professional experience
*Strong design, technical and presentation skills
*Good working knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
*Proficient in Revit with BIM workflow experience preferred
*Experience working on residential or mixed-use schemes advantageous
*Excellent communication and organisational abilities
*Confident working both independently and collaboratively
*Enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate about high-quality architecture
*Candidates already based locally within Sheffield or the surrounding region would be preferred
