Do you thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment where no two days look the same?

A well-established, high-energy recruitment business with offices in both London and Austin, Texas is looking for an Operations Executive to join them on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a business that genuinely believes in collaboration, ambition and are grounded in the belief that its people are everything.
As Operations Executive, you’ll sit at the core of the business, ensuring both the London and Austin offices run smoothly day to day. You’ll lead on technical onboarding and offboarding, manage IT requirements oversee office supplies, handle travel arrangement, and own Health & Safety across both locations. On the commercial side, you’ll produce weekly sales reports and end-of-month company-wide presentations, support the Global Compliance Manager with day-to-day compliance tasks, and manage the sending and record-keeping of contractor and client contracts. It’s a genuinely varied remit where your organisational ability, proactive mindset, and love of people will all be put to good use.
To be considered for this role, you’ll need to come from a recruitment background and have prior experience in an operations, office management, or executive support capacity. Strong communication skills, confidence with IT systems, and a hands-on approach are all essential.
If this is you please apply ASAP as the recruitment process is likely to move swiftly.
.
We do our best to reply to EVERY application!
We have been candidates too and we work hard to treat you in the same way that we would want to be treated. Therefore, we try not to rely on a generic advert disclaimer as this is something that is important for us and the businesses we partner with.
Given the high volume of responses we receive from the combination of job boards, social media and other sources and despite our best efforts, many of our responses will be via email as we simply can’t call every application - We know that may not quite what you want to hear but we hope you’ll understand and that you like our approach.
We work with great people from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because it makes us, and our clients stronger, more creative and ultimately better at what we all do.
Short-listed candidates will obviously be contacted for this specific role and, regardless of the outcome of this process, feel free to utilise the ’job seeker resources’ on our website.
