The Role*Support and deliver major retail rollouts across the UK
*Execute brand plans across POS, digital, and in-store activity
*Brief artwork and manage production of POS materials
*Coordinate internal teams to keep projects and campaigns on track
Data & Campaign Support*Track performance of campaigns and projects
*Pull together simple, clear reporting
*Help demonstrate ROI for brand investment
*Support online activity including website and campaign planning
About You*Graduate or early-career with a passion for marketing and delivery
*Hungry, ambitious, and loves being busy
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*FMCG experience a bonus, but attitude matters most
The Environment*Office-based in Birmingham
*Non-corporate, straight-talking, down-to-earth team
