Full job descriptionData Administrator – Data Cleansing (Temporary)
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented individual to support our team with data cleansing across our Employee Relations (ER) case management system and Workday people system.
Key Responsibilities:
Reviewing and cleansing data within ER and Workday systems
Identifying inconsistencies, duplicates, and inaccuracies
Ensuring data is accurate, up to date, and aligned across systems
Supporting general administrative tasks related to data management
Role Details:
Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Hybrid working: 50% office-based
Temporary
About You:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Previous experience with HR systems or data administration is desirable
Comfortable working with large datasets
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
