This role is ideal for both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to develop within a stable, long-term position.
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver engaging and creative lessons across the curriculum
*Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
*Build a positive and inclusive classroom culture
*Monitor and assess pupil progress to drive achievement
*Support pupils in preparation for end-of-key-stage assessments
*Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Recent experience within a UK primary setting
*Sound knowledge of the primary curriculum, particularly KS1
*Strong behaviour management and organisational skills
*A proactive and nurturing teaching approach
