Job Title: Litigation and Investigations Solicitor
Location: Birmingham
Working Pattern: 3 days working from home and 2 days in office
Salary: £60,000 - £63,750 per annum + brilliant benefits
Key Responsibilities:
* Support complex investigations and contentious regulatory matters as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Review and analyse large volumes of financial, legal, and technical documentation.
* Assist with case strategy, evidence preparation, and legal analysis.
* Draft legal correspondence, reports, and procedural documents.
* Support hearing and tribunal preparation, including coordination of evidence and external advisers.
* Work closely with external counsel, experts, and specialist providers where required.
* Conduct legal and regulatory research and advise on developments impacting the team’s work.
* Assist with project management, budgeting, and monitoring case progress.
* Collaborate with colleagues across legal and investigative functions.


Essential Skills & Experience:
* Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in England & Wales.
* Experience in litigation, investigations, regulatory law, white-collar crime, or commercial disputes.
* Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.


Desirable:
* Experience working on complex or high-profile investigations.
* Exposure to financial services, regulatory, or professional disciplinary matters.
* Experience liaising with external counsel and technical experts.
