Full job descriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an electrically qualified Foot Mobile Engineer to join a leading building services provider. This role involves covering a portfolio of prestigious commercial properties across London, delivering both planned preventative and reactive maintenance as part of a highly supportive mobile engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
*Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple commercial sites
*Support and maintain basic mechanical systems including pumps, belts, bearings, AHUs and FCUs
*Complete logbooks and ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations
*Liaise with subcontractors and maintain high standards of service delivery
*Assist with permits to work, risk assessments, and site compliance procedures
*Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently and effectively
Requirements
*Recognised Electrical Qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)
*Previous experience within a commercial building services environment
*Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities
*Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
*Basic mechanical knowledge / multi-skilled background beneficial
*Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
Salary & Benefits
*£43,000 – £45,000 basic salary
*Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
*£266 monthly travel allowance
