We are currently seeking a reliable and hard-working Groundworker / Flagger’s Mate to support a team delivering maintenance and improvement works within social housing properties.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic groundwork experience looking to develop their skills while working alongside experienced tradespeople on residential projects.

Key Responsibilities
*Assist groundworkers with:*Flagging, paving, and slabbing works
*Site preparation and clearing
*Mixing materials (concrete, mortar, etc.)
*Basic drainage and external repair works

*Load/unload materials and maintain site organisation
*Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and compliant with health & safety standards
*Support work in occupied properties, maintaining professionalism around residents
*Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled trades
Requirements
*Previous experience in a labouring, groundwork, or construction role
*Driving licence
