Are you a creative and passionate Art & Design Tutor looking to make a real difference?
We are currently recruiting for an engaging and supportive Art & Design Tutor to work within an Alternative Provision setting in Leicester. This is a rewarding opportunity to inspire young people who may have struggled in mainstream education and help them build confidence through creativity.
The Role:*Deliver Art & Design sessions to small groups of learners
*Plan engaging, practical and creative lessons
*Support students with varying educational and behavioural needs
*Encourage self-expression, confidence and positive engagement
*Create a safe, inclusive and motivating learning environment
We’re Looking For:*Experience teaching or tutoring Art & Design
*A passion for supporting young people in alternative education
*Strong behaviour management and communication skills
*A patient, adaptable and positive approach
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or relevant tutoring/industry experience welcomed
