Full job descriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join a Colchester based business on a permanent basis.
This is a fast paced role, offering plenty of scope for growth.
Key Responsibilities
*Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
*Analyse financial performance and provide commercial insights
*Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting
*Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain financial controls
*Support year-end audit and statutory reporting processes
*Monitor costs and identify opportunities for efficiency savings
*Work closely with operational teams and senior management
*Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Key skills:
*Part-qualified or qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA
*Previous experience in a management accounting role
*Strong Excel and financial systems knowledge
*Excellent analytical and communication skills
*Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload
