An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a growing and forward-thinking Claimant Clinical Negligence team within a highly respected law firm.

The Role
*Manage your own caseload of Clinical Negligence matters
*Handle new and existing claims, including litigated files
*Attend Court hearings and client meetings
*Liaise with Barristers, medical experts and other professionals
*Prepare legal documents, briefs, instructions and schedules
*Value claims and negotiate settlements
About you
*A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
*A proven track record handling high-value claims
*Strong client care and communication skills
*Experience working within a target-driven environment
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
