Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible, part-time role? This role combines operational ownership with process improvement, ensuring the HR function runs efficiently while introducing smarter, scalable ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage HR operations, compliance, and employee relations.
*Enhance recruitment processes and implement structured hiring practices.
*Introduce AI tools for CV screening, shortlisting, and reporting.
*Streamline administrative tasks through automation.
*Develop performance frameworks and track key HR metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience in HR or People Operations.
*Strong knowledge of UK employment law and recruitment best practices.
*Familiarity with AI tools or HR tech (ATS, automation).
*Analytical mindset with hands-on experience improving HR processes.
