Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Contract: Long-term, temp-to-perm

We are working with a friendly and established primary school in Stechford to appoint a dedicated KS2 Teacher for the upcoming academic year. The school is keen to hear from teachers with experience in either Lower or Upper Key Stage 2 and is equally happy to consider motivated ECTs eager to develop within a nurturing environment.

This is a full-time position for the full academic year, with the potential for a permanent opportunity for the successful candidate. Responsibilities:
*Plan, deliver and evaluate engaging lessons
*Adapt teaching to suit the needs of pupils
*Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting support where needed
*Create a positive and structured classroom environment
*Work closely with colleagues, support staff and SLT
*Build strong relationships with parents and carers
*Support pupils through key transitions and preparation for SATs where applicable

*QTS
*Experience teaching within KS2
*Strong classroom management and communication skills
*A positive and proactive approach to teaching and learning
*A genuine passion for supporting pupils academically and socially
