*Job Type: Full Time, Temporary (with the potential to go permanent)
Are you an experienced Finance Administrator available at short notice? We’re currently working with a well-established business in the Warrington area who are looking to bring someone in on a temporary basis, with the opportunity for the role to become permanent.
This is a great opportunity to join a busy finance function where you’ll be involved in a mix of day-to-day transactional tasks and general finance support.
Key Responsibilities
*Processing and scanning invoices into the system
*Supporting daily reconciliations and maintaining accurate records
*Raising sales invoices and allocating incoming payments
*Carrying out account reconciliations including debtor and intercompany balances
*Assisting with month-end tasks including journals
*Maintaining Excel trackers and updating financial information
*Supporting with stock-related reconciliations
*General finance administration as required
Requirements
*Previous experience within a finance or accounts administration role
*Strong Excel and general IT skills
*High level of attention to detail
*Able to manage workload and work on your own initiative
*Confident communicator and team player
