A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a highly respected and established law firm with offices across the UK.

Our client is seeking a motivated and commercially aware individual with at least 3 years’ experience handling Claimant Personal Injury matters, including RTA, EL and PL claims. The successful candidate will have a strong billing history and experience managing both pre-litigated and litigated cases.

The Role
*Manage your own caseload of Claimant PI matters
*Handle new and existing claims, including litigation
*Attend Court hearings and client meetings
*Liaise with Barristers, medical experts and other professionals
*Draft legal documents, schedules and instructions
*Negotiate settlements and value claims
About You
*Proven experience in Claimant Personal Injury
*Knowledge of the MOJ Portal and Conditional Fee Agreements
*Strong communication, organisational and client care skills
*Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness
*Annual office events & dress-down Fridays
