We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate Childcare Tutors to work within an Alternative Provision setting in Leicester. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people who require additional support with their learning and personal development.
The Role:*Deliver engaging, tailored learning sessions to small groups or on a 1:1 basis
*Support students with social, emotional and behavioural needs
*Build positive relationships and encourage confidence and progression
*Work collaboratively with support staff and safeguarding teams
*Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment
We Are Looking For:*Experience working with children or young people in education, childcare, youth work or support settings
*Tutors, Teaching Assistants, Childcare Practitioners or Support Workers welcome
*A patient, resilient and caring approach
*Strong communication and behaviour management skills
*Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
