The Role
As Head of Art & Technology, you will:
*Lead and inspire a team to deliver consistently high-quality teaching
*Shape and drive the curriculum, ensuring it is ambitious, inclusive and engaging
*Develop staff, providing coaching, guidance and support
*Use data strategically to improve outcomes and close gaps
*Champion creativity across the school through enrichment and wider opportunities


This is a key leadership position with real scope to influence both departmental success and whole-school culture.


Who We’re Looking For
You will be:
*A strong teacher with the ability to lead from the front – QTS is essential
*An aspiring or experienced middle leader with a track record (or clear potential) of improving outcomes
*Skilled at building positive relationships while maintaining high expectations
*Passionate about creative subjects and student achievement
*Motivated, proactive, and aligned with a values-driven culture
