Job Description:
Full job descriptionAccounts Assistant
Salary: £27,500 per annum equivalent on a 6 month contract
Hours: 35 per week, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm (with a 1 hour break)
Location: Hybrid – Newcastle / Remote (2 days on site per week)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
*Dealing with legal aid contracts payments
*Performing bank reconciliations and assisting with cashbook management
*Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems
*Supporting with administrative office tasks
The ideal candidate will have:
*2 years of experience of working within legal accounts
*Access to a laptop / PC that they can work from
