Monday – Friday
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Manager to join a busy and successful automotive dealership in Oxford.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and hands-on automotive professional looking to lead a high-performing aftersales department within a well-established business.
Key Responsibilities:
*Overseeing the daily operation of the Service, Parts and Workshop departments
*Driving profitability and departmental performance
*Managing and motivating the aftersales team
*Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
*Monitoring KPIs, productivity and efficiency levels
*Maintaining manufacturer and company standards
*Supporting training and development across the department
Requirements:
*Previous Aftersales Manager / Service Manager experience within the motor trade
*Strong leadership and organisational skills
*Commercially driven with a focus on customer service
*Ability to manage performance and drive results
*Kerridge/CDK or similar DMS experience advantageous
*Full UK driving licence required
Package:
*£40,000 – £60,000 Basic Salary
*Performance related bonus structure
*Monday to Friday working hours
