Our client, a well-established and growing organisation, is seeking a Finance Manager to take ownership of financial reporting, lead a small team, and support strategic decision-making. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant to step into a high-impact role within a collaborative and forward-thinking business environment.

Position: Finance Manager
Full-Time
Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 per annum
Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager:*Oversee the production of monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
*Lead, mentor, and develop a small finance team to drive performance and continuous improvement.
*Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insightful analysis to senior stakeholders.
*Ensure robust financial controls are in place and maintained across the business.
*Partner with key stakeholders to support business strategy and operational decision-making.
*Support year-end processes, including audit coordination and statutory reporting.
Key essentials of the Finance Manager:*ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*Advanced Excel skills
