Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a proactive and professional Administrator to join a supportive and fast-paced team environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys delivering exceptional client service and thrives in a role where organisation, attention to detail, and teamwork are key.
The Role as an Administrator
You will play a vital role in supporting both clients and the wider team, ensuring a smooth and professional administrative service across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing client onboarding administration and preparing documentation
*Updating and maintaining accurate client records
*Monitoring filing deadlines and coordinating internal reporting
*Submitting documentation to Companies House and HMRC
*Handling new client enquiries professionally and efficiently
*Supporting reception cover when required
*Assisting with process improvements and contributing ideas to enhance client service
The successful candidate will have:
*Previous administrative experience within an office environment
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
*Confident Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
*Professional communication and telephone manner
*The ability to prioritise workloads in a busy environment
*A positive and proactive attitude towards continuous improvement
