Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a well-established manufacturing business who are looking to bring in a hands-on Production Lead to support their shop floor operations and drive performance across their assembly department.
This is a role for someone who leads from the front – you’ll be just as comfortable setting and running machines as you are supporting and developing a team.
Key responsibilities of the Production Lead include:
*Lead a team of operatives within the assembly department
*Supporting with problem-solving and troubleshooting on the shop floor
*Driving continuous improvement and efficiency
*Ensuring adherence to quality standards and health & safety
*Assisting with training and development of team members
*Working closely with production and engineering teams
We’re looking for Production Leaders with the below skills & experience:
*Proven experience in a high volume manufacturing environment
*Previous leadership or supervisory experience
*Ability to motivate and support a team in a fast-paced environment
*Good understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
*A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
