Description
*Manage and maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and outstanding invoices.
*Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and proactively follow up on collections.
*Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently and professionally.
*Communicate with stakeholders to address payment queries and disputes.
*Prepare and send out regular financial reports related to credit control activities.
*Collaborate with the finance team to improve credit control processes and systems.
*Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and organisational policies.
*Provide support in month-end and year-end financial reporting as required.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
*Strong numerical and analytical skills relevant to accounting and finance.
*Proven experience in credit control role.
