The Accounts Assistant’s responsibilities include:
*Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
*Assist in preparing Management Accounts and reconciling statements.
*Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
*Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
*Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
*Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies.
*Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation when required.
*Contribute to process improvements within the Accounting & Finance department.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
