Full job descriptionPrivate Wealth & Tax Solicitor, 6+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £80,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Private Wealth & Tax Solicitor to join a highly regarded team in Birmingham. JOB REF:3893

• Applications are sought from Private Wealth & Tax Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE.
• You will have strong experience across wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include estate and asset protection planning, drafting wills, including tax-efficient and trust-based structures, probate planning and estate administration, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
• You will also supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members
• Participate in marketing and business development initiatives
• STEP qualification would be advantageous
• It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
