We are seeking an ICT Consultant to support schools across Leeds and surrounding areas.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on IT professional with strong technical and customer service skills who enjoys working across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities*Provide onsite and remote IT support to schools
*Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and server issues
*Support and maintain IT infrastructure including Wi-Fi, backups, and security systems
*Manage Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy
*Build strong relationships with school staff and provide excellent customer service
About You*Previous IT support experience essential
*Ideally experience supporting schools or education environments
*Strong knowledge of Windows environments and networking
*Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
*Full UK driving licence preferred
