Are you an operations leader from a food manufacturing background, looking to join a growing manufacturer where you can drive continuous improvement, influence company strategy, and lead a large production operation?


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established food manufacturer with a strong reputation across the UK and international markets. The company is investing heavily into its operations and is looking for a hands-on leader to help improve efficiency, develop teams, and support future growth.


In this role, you’ll oversee manufacturing and packing operations across the site, driving lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives while managing production managers and operational teams. You’ll work closely with senior leadership on operational strategy, process improvements, capital projects, and overall site performance.


The ideal candidate will come from a food manufacturing or FMCG background, with experience leading production operations and implementing lean and CI principles within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The Role:
*Leading manufacturing and packing operations within a food production facility
*Driving lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
*Managing operational performance, quality, efficiency, and profitability
*Leading production managers and developing operational teams
*Supporting strategic projects and process improvements
The Person:
*Background in food manufacturing or FMCG production
*Senior operations or manufacturing leadership experience
*Lean manufacturing / continuous improvement mindset
