Full job descriptionHR Administrator – Hybrid Working
£26,000–£28,000Do you have a solid background in HR administration and are ready for your next challenge? We’re partnering with a growing organisation seeking a confident and organised HR professional to join their busy, fast-paced team.
This role is perfect for someone with hands-on HR experience who’s looking to take on a varied position with real responsibility and impact.

The RoleYou will play a key role in keeping HR operations running smoothly, providing efficient and professional support across the function.
Key responsibilities include:
*Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries
*Managing HR inboxes and responding to employee enquiries
*Supporting employee relations processes and preparing documentation
*Maintaining HR systems and keeping employee records up to date
*Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, including compliance checks
*Coordinating leaver administration and exit processes
*Managing absence records and supporting payroll processes
*Assisting with HR projects and continuous improvements
About YouWe are looking for someone with a strong HR administration background who is confident working in a busy environment.
You will:
*Have previous experience within an HR Administration or similar role
*Be confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office
*Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Demonstrate professionalism when handling confidential information
*Communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders
*Be proactive, adaptable, and able to manage a varied workload
Working HoursFull-time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours), with a hybrid working model.
