An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join a highly regarded, boutique wealth management firm. This is a pivotal role within the business, supporting advisers across multiple locations while playing a key part in delivering high-quality, tailored financial advice to a diverse client base.

What You’ll Be Doing
*Producing high-quality, compliant suitability reports across pensions, investments, and tax planning
*Conducting in-depth research into financial products and strategies to support bespoke client recommendations
*Supporting advisers in developing tailored financial plans aligned to individual client goals
*Managing the end-to-end client onboarding process
*Liaising with clients, providers, and internal teams to progress cases efficiently
*Ensuring all work meets FCA regulatory standards and internal compliance requirements
*Supporting advisers both locally and across additional office locations
*Contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes and client servicing
What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience as a Paraplanner within a financial planning or wealth management firm
*Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and tax planning
*Experience writing detailed suitability reports
*Diploma qualified in Financial Planning (Level 4) minimum
*Excellent communication and analytical skills
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*A team player who can also work independently
