Our client are specialists in their market sector, they are looking for a Sales Team Lead to join them on a permanent basis.
Ideally applicants will have sales experience within engineering/manufacturing.
The Job you’ll do
*Responsible for managing the preparation of accurate, timely, and competitive cost estimates for the company’s products and services.
*This role supports the sales team by ensuring all estimates align with project requirements, customer expectations, and business objectives.
*Responsibilities to include:
*Team Leadership & Supervision.
*Reporting & KPIs.
*Cost Estimation and Preparation.
*Sales Support.
*Order Processing.
*Customer Communication.
*Technical Documentation.
*Sales Reporting.
About You
*Proven experience in a technical estimating, sales support or project costing role.
*Experience within engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred.
*Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
*Strong time management and prioritisation skills
*Well organised and punctual
*Excellent people/communication skills
*A ’can-do’ attitude and a keenness for professional self-development
*A thirst to take on growing responsibilities and projects.
