Full job descriptionSEN Learning Support Assistant - KS2 1:1 Support Brighton
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 support within KS2, working closely alongside the SENCO and Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them thrive in a school environment.
Requirements:*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
*Ability to provide 2 years of references
*Experience working with children in the UK
*SEN support experience desirable
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
Responsibilities:*Provide tailored 1:1 support for a KS2 pupil with SEN needs
*Work collaboratively with the SENCO, teachers, and SLT
*Support learning, emotional wellbeing, and classroom engagement
*Help implement individual support strategies and interventions
*Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
