Full job descriptionTradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and motivated Unqualified Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Runcorn on a long-term basis starting ASAP.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable classroom experience and build a career within education. Previous school experience is desirable but not essential - we are keen to hear from candidates with transferable experience working with children or young people.
The successful candidate will:
* Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 and small group basis
* Help create a positive and engaging learning environment
* Build strong relationships with pupils and staff
* Support students with additional needs where required
* Assist the class teacher with day-to-day classroom duties
