We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and proactive Individual Needs Assistant to provide tailored support for a student within an academic setting in Brighton.
The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day academic and personal support needs, helping to promote independence, confidence, and engagement in education.
Key Responsibilities:
*Providing one-to-one support during academic activities
*Assisting with organisation, note-taking, and time management
*Supporting communication and social interaction where required
*Encouraging independence and participation
*Liaising professionally with staff and relevant support services
Essential Skills & Qualities:
*Patient, understanding, and professional approach
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
*Organised, dependable, and flexible
*Previous experience in support work, education, or care is desirable

Hours & Pay:
Flexible hours available. Competitive rate of pay dependent on experience.
