Key Responsibilities for a Trainee Project Manager:


*Support the Senior Project Manager with the day-to-day delivery of roofing and construction projects
*Liaise professionally with tenants and clients throughout all project stages
*Provide project and administrative support, including scheduling, reporting, and progress tracking
*Coordinate site logistics, including deliveries, collections, and operative requirements
*Assist with project planning and maintaining accurate project records
*Work closely with site and office teams to ensure smooth project delivery


Key Skills for a Trainee Project Manager:


*Experience within Construction, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred or strong construction industry experience
*Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
*Confident using IT systems and managing documentation
*Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment
*Proactive team player with a willingness to learn and develop
