A growing multi-site business is looking for an IT Support & Data Analyst to provide 1st/2nd line support while improving reporting, integrations, and data visibility across the business. The role has a strong focus on SQL Server, reporting, and data analysis, with Power BI considered a nice-to-have.
You’ll support users, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, develop SQL queries and reporting datasets, assist with integrations and APIs, and help automate operational and finance reporting processes.
Essential Skills*Strong Microsoft SQL Server experience
*IT support / troubleshooting background
*Experience with reporting, data analysis, and integrations
*Ability to work with operational and finance stakeholders
*Microsoft 365 / Azure Entra exposure
Nice to Have*Power BI
*ERP / WMS / e-commerce systems
*ETL or API experience
