Our client is a highly respected and long-established construction recruitment business with an excellent reputation across the UK construction market. Due to continued growth and strong client demand, they are now looking to hire an experienced Trades & Labour Recruitment Consultant to join their successful team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious recruiter who enjoys working within a fast-paced blue collar construction environment and is looking to join a business with strong infrastructure, established client relationships and genuine career progression opportunities.
The Role:
• Managing and developing a busy Trades & Labour temp desk
• Supplying blue collar construction staff across a wide range of sites and projects
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships with contractors and site teams
• Developing new business opportunities across your region
• Managing candidate sourcing, compliance and bookings
• Handling high-volume temporary recruitment requirements
• Visiting sites and maintaining a visible market presence
• Working closely with resourcers and wider operational teams to ensure service delivery excellence
About You:
• Previous recruitment experience within Trades & Labour or blue collar construction recruitment
• Strong business development and account management ability
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced temp recruitment environment
• Organised, resilient and commercially driven
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence preferred
