Job Title: Specification Sales Manager - Stone & Precast Concrete
Industry Sector: Precast Concrete, Concrete, Architectural Stone, Masonry, Facades, Heavyside Building Products, Landscaping Products, Architects, Specifications, Specifiers, Architects, Landscape Architects, Developers, Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Specification Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager
Area to be covered: National (ideally based South East / Northern Home Counties)
Remuneration: £50,000 - £55,000neg + negotiable bonus
Benefits: company car OR car allowance & full benefits packages
The role of Specification Sales Manager - Stone & Precast Concrete will involve:
*Technical field sales position selling a high end quality manufactured range of architectural stone & precast concrete products
*All of your time will be spent generating specifications and selling via architects, developers, key specifiers, end users, main contactors, sub-contractors & installers
*Dealing with order values ranging from around £50k - £1m
*Majority of projects will be based around the South East, East Midlands area
The ideal applicant will be a Regional Sales Manager - Stone & Precast Concrete experience with:
*Must have construction sales experience dealing with similar products for example; precast, architectural stone, facades, masonry support, landscaping products, concrete, heavyside etc
*Must have relationships with architects, developers, key specifiers, end users, main contactors, sub-contractors & installers
*May consider a contractor rep with previous specification exposure
*IT Literate
