The Vertical Quality Supervisor RoleYou’ll be responsible for conducting quality inspections across operational sites, ensuring work is completed to company and client standards while maintaining strict compliance with health & safety procedures.
The role will also involve coaching operatives, supporting onboarding and training, maintaining inspection records, and identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
You’ll work closely with management teams and clients to ensure high levels of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Vertical Quality Supervisor Essential Skills*Experience within window cleaning, facilities, or commercial cleaning operations

*Strong understanding of working at height regulations

*Previous supervisory or quality assurance experience

*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

*Strong communication and coaching abilities

*Competent IT skills and reporting capability
