We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and nurturing Team Leader to join our Early Years team from September 2026.
This role involves working alongside a class teacher within our rising three-year-old class, supporting children in a warm, engaging, and stimulating learning environment.


Salary*£38,000 - £40,000 per annum
*Dependent on qualifications and experience


Working Hours*Monday to Friday
*8:00 am - 4:30 pm


School HolidaysThe position includes generous holiday entitlement:
*Two weeks off at the end of August
*Two weeks off at Christmas
*One week off at Easter

*Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities
*Help maintain a safe, happy, and stimulating classroom environment
*Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
