About the RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced CNC Miller Setter Programmer to join a well-established and growing engineering company. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist with strong programming and setting experience to work on high-quality precision components in a modern manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities*Programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines
*Working from engineering drawings and technical specifications
*Producing precision components to tight tolerances
*Editing and proving out programs at the machine
*Selecting correct tooling, fixtures and cutting parameters
*Carrying out quality inspections using measuring equipment
*Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements*Proven experience as a CNC Miller Setter Programmer
*Ability to program online and/or offline
*Experience with Haas and Siemens controls preferred
*Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*High attention to detail and quality standards
